ZTF MINUTES OCTOBER 24, 2007 Present: Brian Gale, Keith Ross, Ted Cady, Brad Compton, Jan Conover, John and Mary Williamson Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM by Ted Cady in the Town Hall At the previous meeting we had approved the italicized: Under Section 2.C. USES ALLOWED BY SPECIAL PERMIT 5. Uses rendering impervious by any means more than 20% or 10,000 square feet of the area of any lot, whichever is greater. Jan pointed out that a subdivision could easily exceed 10,000 sq. ft. of road, so it was agreed to add, excluding roads in a subdivision. In Section 11 the proposed definition of an Accessory Apartment was amended to read: ACCESSORY APARTMENT: An additional dwelling unit in an existing dwelling. An accessory apartment may also be located in a new or existing structure accessory to a dwelling, such as a garage, guest house or barn. The lot size must be 4 acres. The size of the apartment shall not exceed 800 square feet. The owner of the property shall occupy the principal dwelling unit or the accessory apartment. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided, and parking shall be to the side and rear of the principal structure to the maximum extent possible. Work was completed on reviewing Nick's Comments to Section 6. The Power Point Presentation for the Nov 20 Public Information Session was reviewed. Since it is in pdf, Ted will deliver the annotated copy to Kimberly and Peggy. (Note: Ted delivered the package on October 25, talked with Kimberly about the proposed changes on Nov 6, and will forward to ZTF members the revised Power Point presentation when completed along with a proposed agenda.) Ted will incorporate the changes into a new draft and circulate it, so a copy will be ready for the Nov. 20 presentation. The meeting adjourned at 9:05 PM. Ted Cady
