Zoning Task Force and Planning Board Minutes 
October 17, 2007

Attendees:  Brad Compton, Jan Conover, Jim Toth, Pat Lemon, John
Williamson, Mary Williamson, Ted Cady, Nick Arguimbau

The Meeting was posted as a Planning Board Meeting.  The Planning Board
met from 7:00 to 7:10 PM in the Town Hall Dining Room and signed a plan
for Hettie Belle Lane.

The ZTF Meeting was called to order at 7:10 PM by Ted Cady. 

Nick's zoning suggestions were discussed, but the discussion became
drawn out and it was decided to move on.  The rest of the items will be
discussed at the next meeting.

Peggy Sloan's model Accessory Apartment wording was discussed at length,
but time ran out to complete the work.  Pat will rewrite the definition
to discuss next time.

The Flyer for the Nov. 20 Public Information Meeting was discussed.  The
title will be changed to make it more inclusive, refreshments being
served will be added, and because it looks so nice a disclaimer that it
is being printed with private funds will be added.

The Power Point Presentation was only briefly discussed because of time
constraints.
