The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on October 23 at 7 p.m. in the
town hall dining room.

7:00 p.m. Call to order

Discussion and possible action on reorganizing the board

Any other business unforeseen 48 hours before the meeting

7:30 p.m. Hearing on special permit application in order to secure ANR
plan endorsement from the Warwick Planning Board, submitted by Francis
and Suzanne Renna and Joseph and Karen Delfause.

Deliberation on the application may or may not follow the closing of the
hearing. If deliberations are not to follow, the meeting will adjourn to
a date and time to be determined when the hearing is closed.
