FRANKLIN To either of the Constables of Warwick, GREETINGS: In the name of the Commonwealth, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town who are qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs, to MEET AT THE TOWN HALL ON MONDAY, October 15, 2007, AT 7 P.M. Then and there to act on the following articles: ARTICLE I: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds, or otherwise provide the sum of $1840 to pay for prior-year expenses of the Building Inspection Program. ARTICLE II: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds, or otherwise provide the sum of $200 to pay for prior-year expenses to the Board of Health. ARTICLE III: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds, or otherwise provide the sum of $1124.94 to pay for prior-year heating expenses. ARTICLE IV: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds, or otherwise provide the sum of $65 to pay for prior-year Memorial Day expenses. ARTICLE V: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds, or otherwise provide the sum of $5348.69 to reimburse the Sibley Library Fund for expenditures from said fund to replace the furnace in the Warwick Free Public Library, or otherwise act in relation thereto. ARTICLE VI: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds, or otherwise provide the sum of $3852 to the Fire Department Repair and Maintenance account to purchase equipment for town fire trucks , or otherwise act in relation thereto. ARTICLE VII: To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town of Warwick Zoning By-Laws by adding the following to Section 2. B. "Prohibited Uses: The following uses are prohibited: 12. More than two (2) dwelling units in a principal structure." ARTICLE VIII: To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town of Warwick Zoning By-Laws by making the following changes in Section 4.B. Lot Area: "2. Lots allowed by Special Permit to be used for more than one two dwelling units shall provide an additional 87,120 square feet (2 acres) of buildable land." . for each dwelling unit in excess of one (1) per lot. Wording to be deleted stricken.] ARTICLE IX: To see if the Town will vote to acquire by gift for conservation purposes, to be held in the care and custody of the Conservation Commission in the name of the Town, under MGL Chapter 40, Section 8C, a parcel of land generally described as follows: Assessors Map 413 Lot 21, owners believed to be now or formerly Jean J. Bezio & Yvan J. Bourbeau consisting of 8.6 acres, more or less, located off Quarry Road, recorded in Book 2458, Page 211 in the Franklin County Registry of Deeds, purchased with funds raised by the Open Space Committee through private donations. ARTICLE X: To see if the Town will accept the layout of Hettie Belle Lane, Garage Road. Hereof fail not and make return of this warrant with our doings thereon at the time and place of said meeting.
