Puppet Jamboree:  Decisions/Discussion/ Updates:

Saturday February 25, 6:30pm. Suzanne and either Mari or Claudia will do
popcorn. Outreach to area schools: Nicol will send flyer emails. Tom
will write press release. Nicol will setup in front of screen with table
she & Ginny will move from the side. No intro needed. 1st film
(Frogtown) Nicol obtained 2 extra copies, one donated to the Library,
the other we'll have a raffle (50c each); Tom will bring tickets. Nicol
will make a raffle sign.  2nd film (Igor Fokin), Nicol owns a copy, we
have permission to show it. Igor's children are both sick; possibility
of asking for donation, Nicol will find out more and email us. Tom will
do projection unless Nadia wants to. 5:30pm chairs, room set up

28 Feet:_Decisions/Discussion/ Updates:

Saturday March 31, 7pm Playwright/Actor's 20-year Journey with Crohn's
Disease by Jonathan Mirin. Tom will get PR materials for a flyer, text
for press release and ask Jonathan about lighting and sound. Set up 6pm.
No refreshments. Suzanne will check on Cult. Council funds. Update: we
have $500 from last year Cult. Council funds to apply to this.  Jonathan
is fine with $500

Saint Misbehavin': Decisions/Discussion/ Updates: Saturday April 28,
7:30pm The film about Wavy Gravy. Nancy will purchase the film and give
to Miryam to keep, until 4/28. Miryam will write a press release & Tom
will make up the flyer. Setup: 6:30pm Popcorn - figure out by email

Tent: Decisions/Discussion/ Updates: Tuesday February 7th, Tom & Michael
will go the Fire Department meeting. The idea is to see if they are
interested in using the tent for rentals, doing the setup (and storing
it). No cost to them, other than percentage split we work out. Council
gave Tom negotiation instructions.

Miscellaneous:  Decisions/Discussion/ Updates:

Michael will be doing Dinner Theatre in May. Mari's email to get What
the Bleep film were bounced back to her.
