Minutes of Warwick Arts Council Meeting
November 11, 2010 at the Copper Angel 

Present: Pat Lemon, Sandy Renna, Mari Rovang, Nicol Wander, Tom Wyatt

1. Nicol Wander's requests for funding

    A. Know Your Facts about Your Snacks Approved $200

    B. Princess and the Pea - Hand Puppet Perf. Approved $150

Motion by Pat, second by Mari. Unanimous decision. Target date: March 2011

2. Future Projects Brainstorm

    A. Review of Mission & previous events Overview of Arts Council,
    written by Tom, was passed out. See below. Pat commented this was a
    good start for Annual report

    B. Brainstorming Discussion of Tunbridge Trilogy, a movie trilogy
    which includes Man with a Plan. Pat has been in touch with the
    filmmaker (from Vermont). He sent her a copy of the trilogy, which
    we will pass around. He also offered to come to Warwick and discuss
    the movies. Idea: combine this with a showing. We could show these
    without any royalty problem; we have the filmmaker's consent.

    A. Pottery Program support no discussion

    B. Annual Reports - Town + state no discussion

    C. January Soup event

Discussed January Soup Dinner. Agreed we wanted to do this again this
year. Wooden Fender will organize Music part. We'll talk menu & tasks
via email and early January meeting. Update: Date is January 15, Music:
Melanie and the Blue Shots

    D. Communication - meetings, emails
