Senior Meal

The Warwick Senior Luncheon Club serves lunch each Tuesday. The cost is $2 for Seniors (60 and over) and $2.50 for non-seniors. Anyone can eat with us by making a reservation, before 9 AM Monday. Call Dan Dibble at the Metcalf chapel (4-2630) or at home (4-2663).

On Tuesday, Aug 14, Gretchen Smith, from Franklin County Health Care Corp (FCHCC), will give a presentation at the Senior Meal on the FCHCC Benefits Counseling Program.

The FCHCC Benefits Counseling Program helps people age 60 and older, and persons with disabilities access benefits that help make their homes more energy efficient and safe. We help elders with applications for weatherization, fuel assistance, home modifications, and SNAP. We also work with agencies that can provide grants and 0% interest loans for small and large home repairs. Regardless of income, there is a program out there that can help. For more information, contact Gretchen at (413) 773- 5555.

This program is a cooperative effort with the Franklin County Home Care Corporation and is coordinated by our own Dan Dibble with the support of the Church and a rotating cast of volunteers. Anyone wishing to help with the meals should contact Dan. You can see and download the latest menus in .pdf format here. Note that senior meals are Tuesday only.
