Failed dock on town-owned land on Moores Pond
	Is secured and should be addressed before it gets colder
	Neither abutter wants to buy property that is subject to bathing
easement
	Property across street is for sale and this could be offered.
	Cost to research deeds and petition a court is high; probability of
success low
	Shall we seek conservation commission approval to work w/in 100' of
pond?
	Pursue demolition of structure?

Hourly pay raise for three installers on lowest pay tier currently
