Minutes

Members Present: Dawn Magi, Nick Arguimbau, Patricia Lemon

Others present: David Young

Chairman Magi called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

Arguimbau moved to accept the minutes of the July 9, 2012, meeting. Magi
seconded the motion.  Carried unanimously 3 - 0 - 0.

Lemon moved that the temporary hire of Tom Mallet at the Highway
Department be extended until the return of an injured worker and.
Arguimbau seconded. Carried unanimously 3 - 0 - 0.

Lemon reported on having recruited Denyse Dar of Town as a candidate to
the regional school committee.

In preparation for the 7:00 p.m. special town meeting, Magi agreed to
move the single article.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
