Corrections to annual appointments:
	Cons com - add Ann Kendall to a term ending in 2016
Cultural Council add Casey Rolih and Kerry Stone to terms ending in 2016
Rescind Dan Dibble to Cultural Council
Historical Commission - add Barbara Walker until 2016
Rescind Personnel committee appointments as all good until 2015 
Register of Voters is a three year appointment. 
Rescind V Fellows for one year as appointment already in force. 
Reappoint A. George Day for a three year term.
Reappoint Beth Gilgun, treasurer. I suggest a three year term.
