Broadband - recommendation to proceed with MBI funding and stress test

Set date for informal hearing regarding town poles to be installed in
the right of way.

Note and discuss sale of NMH forest land to MA DCR	

Report on S2311 Zoning and Housing bill is not moving further this
session

Phone service update - no 911 requirement on cancelled land lines

Review of MIT bike race - repeat?

Highway 
	Chapter 90 report and review
	Authorize transfer of $4,000 per Chapter 44 Section 33B from highway
expense to highway wages (requires Fin Com approval and must be not be
more than the lessor of $5k of 3% of department budget.
	Discuss condition and readiness of town's rolling stock and time
utilization

Report on Pioneer District 
	No blanket RIF (reduction in workforce) notices at Pioneer school this
year
	Measurably lower staff turnover than in previous years
	
	School Committee - supportive of our new Superintendent. 

Ambulance - follow-up on meeting.

New to us Fire Engine - this passed structural review and purchase is on
this payment warrant. We will register July1.

Green Communities - 
	I will engage Guardian for air source heat pumps for Town Hall.
	FRCOG is offering limited Technical Assistance for next phase of GC.
We got notice most recently on 6/15 and they want an answer by 6/20 so
no time to go to committee.
