I.  Call to Order 
Chair Magi called the meeting to order at 1:16 p.m. in the driveway of
700 Old Winchester Road (the property of Selectboard member Patricia
Lemon).

II. Presentations and Discussions
Appointment of Constables for Annual Town Election-- Magi said that the
sole purpose of this meeting was to appoint Constables for the Annual
Town Election which will be held on Monday, May 18, 2015.

Lemon MOVED to appoint Calvin Fellows and Rod Whipple as Constables for
one day for the purpose of the May 18th Annual Town Election. Arguimbau
SECONDED. Motion CARRIED 3-0-0.

III.  Adjournment
At 1:17 p.m., Lemon MOVED to adjourn. Arguimbau SECONDED. Motion CARRIED
3-0-0.
