Re-nomination of Rosa to Commonwealth of MA as our Inspector of Animals

Set date for Gale Rd use agenda item at future meeting. This relates to
Hurlbert's use of a portion for horse exercise track

Vote to open Town Meeting Warrant and set date to close (applies to
articles by petition)
