I.   Call to Order 
The meeting was called to order in the Town hall Boards Room at 10 am by
convener Lemon.
II.  Amending Chapter 40B  -- Attendees discussed the implications of
the defeat at the November 2 state election of Question 2, which would
have repealed M.G.L. Chapter 40B, and whether it was worth the effort of
submitting a bill to exempt towns with 35% or more of their land area
state-owned and strategy considerations if the Selectboard and Planning
Board were to do so. Lemon reported on her conversations with Senator
Brewer's staff and offered to call Selectmen from the towns that would
be affected to see if a meeting could be set up; Magi offered to make
calls, as well.
III. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous vote at 11 am.
