	Is a quorum required for a hearing? Counsel says no.
	Selectboard deliberation / vote Northfield Road Shade and Scenic
Road cutting.
	Arguimbau alleged objection under Shade Tree Act. Does posting on a
listserv meet the definition of a recorded objection? No, but what is
the harm in allowing the objection anyway and acting in open and noticed
session?
	Conservation Commission is requiring Notice of Intent for work near
wetlands.
	Motion to hire consultant to assist with NoI filing
	
Open Meeting Law notice: Meetings between members of boards on topics
their boards may act upon must be posted because of potential of
"serially polling committee".

Public Records: Town officials cannot claim "your eyes only - neither
the email nor the information to be passed along in any form to any
person without checking with me first"
