I.  Call to Order 
The hearing was called to order at 5 p.m. at the intersection of Leland
Hill Road and Northfield Road by Tree Warden Brian Miner. 

A total of 76 trees were on the list, but only those not deemed
hazardous and yellow-flagged were considered at this hearing. The
complete list of trees is attached at the conclusion of these minutes.

Votes were taken tree by tree, with "AYE being in favor of cutting the
tree, and "NAY" against cutting the tree.

Magi noted that her "Aye" votes were meant as only if it is necessary to
cut the tree in question.

Planning Board Members VOTED 4-0-0 to cut Tree #74. Selectboard VOTED
2-1-0: AYE- Magi and Pruyne; NAY-Arguimbau.

Planning Board VOTED 4-0-0 to cut trees #71 and #70. Selectboard VOTED
2-1-0: AYE- Magi and Pruyne; NAY-Arguimbau.

Planning Board VOTED 2-2-0 to cut trees #69 and #68. Selectboard VOTED
2-1-0: AYE- Magi and Pruyne; NAY-Arguimbau. By the overall 4-3-0 vote,
Tree Warden determined the trees were to be cut if necessary.

Planning Board VOTED to cut tree #66. Selectboard VOTED 2-0-1: AYE- Magi
and Pruyne; "Neutral" -Arguimbau.

Planning Board OPPOSED to cutting tree #64. Selectboard: Aye-Magi;
NAY-Arguimbau; ABSTAIN-Pruyne. Tree warden declared that tree #64 will
not be cut.

Planning Board OPPOSED to cutting tree #61 2-3-0. Selectboard VOTED
2-1-0: AYE- Magi and Pruyne; NAY-Arguimbau. Tree Warden declared tree
#61 will be cut.

Tree Warden Brian Miner declared the hearing suspended at 6:30 p.m., to
reconvene Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.
