TOWN OF WARWICK
SCENIC ROAD HEARING 

The Planning Board, Tree Warden and Selectboard will hold a public
hearing pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40 Section 15C ("Scenic Roads"), and
M.G.L. Chapter 89, Section 3 ("The Shade Tree Law") on Wednesday,
November 7, 2012 at 6:00 PM  in the Warwick Town Hall, 12 Athol Road,
Warwick, MA.  The purpose of this public hearing is to provide
interested parties with the opportunity to comment on the Town of
Warwick cutting of all trees and brush 6 inches and less in diameter,
except those marked "DO NOT CUT," all hazard trees and all larger trees
marked with flagging on Richmond Road and Quarry Rd. You may make with
yellow tape (available from the Town Coordinator) any tree you wish to
dispute.  Write your name on the tape attach it to the tree and give
your reason in writing or in person at the hearing. Written comments
will be accepted by the Planning Board prior to the hearing.
