Warwick Recreation Committee Minutes October 1, 2016

Meeting commenced at 1:19pm. In attendance, Denyse, Leann, Holly, Rita,
and Mindy

Agenda 1: Holly motioned to elect Denyse as Director, Rita as Vice
President, Mindy as Secretary, and Leann as Treasurer. Denyse seconded
this motion and the vote was unanimous.

Agenda 2: Alliance with the North Quabbin Trail Association. There are
3 hikes planned, more info to come soon. The 3 hikes scheduled are:
Moonlight hike Monadnock hike White Mountain hike with a possible
overnight

Agenda 3: Table and chair rentals for larger events, New Year's,
Valentine's, etc. Rita motioned Leann to contact rental companies for
quotes on delivery, setup and rental of tables, chairs, linens,
cutlery, plates, etc. Holly seconded the motion, vote was unanimous.

Denyse motioned to end meeting at 2:15pm, Holly seconded. All in favor.
