1. Organizational matters in preparation for our programming season. 
2. Election of Officers (and distribution of responsibilities)
3. Vote on NQTA alliance


Organizational structure to be discussed:

-Decorating Committee
-Set up/breakdown Committee (kids?)
-Marketing Committee w/strategies
-Event Staff- bartender, servers, cash box
-Kitchen staff
-Photographer (get Camera for rec?)
-Activities Committee (fitness, hikes, etc)
-Grant Committee (applying to LCCs)
-Donation Committee (sponsors! canvas businesses that can be approached)
- Alliance Committee (liason with other organizations. We already have
NQTA. Waiting on Mount Grace. Others?)
