Public Notice

The Town of Warwick seeks sealed bids by qualified contractors to
re-roof the Town Hall located at 12 Athol Rd, Warwick MA 01378. The bid
is for labor. The Town will provide all materials. Bidder packages are
available beginning August 4, 2010. Bids must be clearly marked "Town
Hall Roofing Bid" and submitted to Town Coordinator at above address by
or before 2 pm on August 23, 2010. Bids may be e-mailed to
coordinator AT town.wawick.ma.us  The Warwick Selectboard is the awarding
authority, and reserves the right, directly or through its designee, to
waive any informality or technicality, to amend or cancel bids prior to
opening, to set aside or correct awards made as a result of a clerical
or typographical error, the right to reject any and all bids, and to
make any award as deemed by the Town to be in the best interest of the
Town of Warwick.
