The Town of Warwick, MA is soliciting written price quotes for the following:

21 combination storm windows for the office portion of Warwick Town Hall

Dining hall and meeting hall are not included in this solicitation.

Specifications:

Harvey Tru-Channel storm windows or equivalent meeting the following
specifications:
Sash interlock and frame tie bar to provide protection from wind damage
Triple-track combination type to provide self storage of sash and screen
Sash tilt-in capability
Locking non-glare fiberglass half screens
Installed air infiltration of .05 CFM/FT or less
Marine grade glazing seals
Low-E hard-coat on the interior of the glass
White interior and exterior color 
Storms are to be installed on the following windows:

Assessor's Town Clerk's Office:  A220, A221, A 201, A 202 (4)

Treasurer Collector Office: B213, B214, B215, B216, B217, A218, A219 (7)

Selectboard Office: A307, A308, A 309, A310 (4)

Boards Room: A 313, A 314, A 301, A 302 (4)

Upstairs Vestibule: A311, A312 (2)

Storm windows are to be installed in the openings, and sealed with foam tape. 

Old storm windows are to be salvaged and put in the Town Hall cellar
accessed through exterior bulkhead.
