REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 
    Town of Warwick 
    DESIGN/INSTALL SPRINKLER
    SYSTEM REPAIR / REPLACEMENT

    Town of Warwick requests proposals for the design and installation
    of repairs or replacement of a fire suppression (sprinkler) system
    at the Warwick Community School, 41 Winchester Road Warwick, MA. 
    Project specifications and documents are available upon request from
    Selectboard, 12 Athol Road, Warwick, MA 01378 beginning 3/24/10. 
    Proposals are due 1:00 PM April 26, 2010. Proposals must be clearly
    marked "WCS  SPRINKLER SYSTEM " and include separate sealed
    technical and price proposals. Price proposal must remain in effect
    for ninety days from bid opening date. This award is subject to
    appropriation at the May 3, 2010 annual town meeting. The system is
    under an order to repair. Prevailing wage applies.
