Oct l4 - Public Forum in town hall (main hall) power point presentation 

4.  Newsletter  (for Oct 1) and flyer and press release -  Kimberley has
agreed to print 260 Public Forum Flyers this week.  No need to do a mail
invitation for Public Forum.  Kimberley will use photos from last time,
if none come in.  She will have power point presentation to us a few
days before.  Stuff It Subcommittee meeting date pending.  There will
probably not be a Draft Copy of the Complete Report for the Public
Forum.  Kimberly suggests some options:  1.  Have a draft complete plan
for distribution at forum (probably not likely) and announce the final
plan publish date, 2.  Have the Action Pan and other key parts available
and announce the date for complete draft and announce it will be
available online, at library, etc.  What do you think of displaying maps
for a couple of weeks at library or town hall after forum and give folks
2 weeks to review them and collect comments.  What feedback should we
give Kimberly?  - Ted

5.  Revised Section 7 Needs  (as edited by Patricia and Mary) attached -

7. Work on Sections 9 using data from Section 7and 8. 

8.  Assignments and items for meeting Sept 9 Sections 8, 9, and 10,
Review GIS Maps,  (Carry over of anything from Meeting with Kimberly,
Review Section 7, OS Survey Summary Mailing, Flyer) and Sep. 23 with
Kimberly

9.  Consider if additional meeting necessary before Oct l4.
