	Around Oct 1 - Send out Survey and Flyer - Update
	Around Oct 5 - Press Release - Ted
 	If maps ready should we display in Library before Public Forum
	Oct l4 - Public Forum in town hall (main hall) power point presentation 

4.  Report on Flyer collating party. 

5.  Review Duties - 
	Set up Town Hall - Ted and need one volunteer to help set up tables
Sign in Sheets - Ted 
Set up Maps - Dave on display boards at town hall (possible place to
write comments)
Refreshments:  Mary - 2 gal cider, Dave - cookies, Maybe Karro something
