Members present: Dawn Magi, Patricia Lemon, Nick Arguimbau
Others present: Town Coordinator David Young, Town Secretary Rosa
Fratangelo Calcari, Broadband Committee member and WiredWest
Representative Reva Reck, Jon Calcari, Paula Robinson (Athol Daily News)
I.   Call to Order 
Selectboard Chair Magi called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm in Town Hall. 
II.  Presentations and Discussions
1.   Organization -- Arguimbau nominated Dawn Magi as Chair and Patricia
Lemon as Secretary.
	Magi asked if there were any other nominations; there were none.
	Magi declared the nominations Closed.
	Magi asked "All in favor of Dawn Magi as Chair and Patricia Lemon as
	Secretary"
     The vote was UNANIMOUS: Arguimbau - AYE; Magi - AYE; Lemon - AYE 
2.  Appointment of a Manager for the WiredWarwick Municipal Lighting
Plant-- 
Lemon MOVED to designate Reva Reck WiredWarwick Municipal Lighting Plant
Manager and execute a certificate of authorization therefor. Arguimbau
SECONDED. Motion carried by a vote of 3-0-0.
3.   Join WiredWest Public Municipal Lighting Plant--
Lemon MOVED to join the WiredWest Public Municipal Lighting Plant (MLP)
Cooperative and to execute a certificate of authorization therefor.
Arguimbau SECONDED. Motion carried by a vote of 3-0-0.
4.	Designation of WiredWarwick Municipal Lighting Plant's Delegate to
the WiredWest MLP--
Lemon MOVED to designate the Warwick MLP Manager as Warwick's Delegate
to the WiredWest MLP Cooperative and to execute a certificate of
authorization therefor. Arguimbau SECONDED. Motion carried by a vote of
3-0-0.
Alternate Delegate to the WiredWest MLP--
Lemon MOVED to designate Patricia Lemon Alternate Delegate to the
WiredWest MLP Cooperative and to execute a certificate of authorization
therefor. Arguimbau SECONDED. Motion carried by a vote of 3-0-0.
	Young noted that all of the actions taken needed to be executed on
	the forms provided by the WiredWest MLP Cooperative. He also pointed
	out that the vote authorizations need to be certified by the Town
	Clerk.
III Adjournment
At 7:15 pm, Lemon MOVED to adjourn the meeting. Arguimbau SECONDED.
Motion carried by a vote of 3-0-0.
