Call to order

Review and accept agenda

Vote to designate as Reva Reck WiredWarwick Municipal Lighting Plant
Manager and execute a certificate of authorization.

Vote to join the WiredWest Public Municipal Lighting Plant (MLP)
Cooperative and to execute a certificate of authorization.

Vote to designate the Warwick MLP Manager as Warwick's Delegate to the
MLP Cooperative and to execute a certificate of authorization.

Vote to designate Patricia Lemon Alternate Delegate to the MLP
Cooperative and to execute a certificate of authorization.

Note that all of the above actions need to be executed on the forms
that will be provided by Wired West MLP Cooperative and upon which vote
authorization needs to be certified by the Town Clerk.
