Received call about tires and trash along Gale Rd. - removed 15 car tires and pile of trash - reported to Chief Shoemaker Tues. Sept. 18 Received call from Shelburne Control at 6:45 A.M. about tree across road on Old Winchester Rd. - tree was removed Built head walls around sub-drainage pipes on Hasting Heights Rd. Removed lettering off old GMC truck we sold Added 160 yards of hard pack gravel at various locations on Gale Rd. Received report of tree across Shepardson Rd. at 6:30 P.M. - personnel called and removed tree Wed. Sept. 19 Changed hydraulic hose on backhoe - went to Porter's to get hose made Cut up two trees in Gulf area Put 16 yards of hard pack gravel on Robbins Rd. to fix washout Put 64 yards of hard pack gravel on Gale Rd. near house # 295 Tim went to afternoon meeting in Westfield for Tri-County Hwy. Supt. Thurs. Sept. 20 Graded and rock raked Robbins Rd. and started Old Winchester Rd. Checked all roads for storm damage cleaning up tree debris around town Notified National Grid of tree on wires on Richmond Rd. Fri. Sept 21 Brian out sick Fixed washouts on Buzzell Pl. Put in hard pack along edge of Flower Hill Rd. that washed out Went to Porter Diesel to pick up Backhoe hydraulic hose Hauled 2 loads of old asphalt to G&S Lyman's pit in Orange Chipped up tree debris along various roads from previous storm damage Tim went on fire call
