Sept. 16 White and yellow traffic lines were painted on Athol Rd. and Northfield Rd. and the yellow traffic lines on Orange Rd. and Hastings Heights Rd. were painted last night Designed and built attachment for Backhoe bucket to clean out under the guardrails Flipped cutting edge on Backhoe bucket Changed cutting edges on Grader Went to Orange for supplies Fixed washouts on Garage Rd. and added 144 yards of hard pack on Old Winchester Rd. by the power lines Met with property owner on Richmond Rd. to discuss building an access road to his property Spoke with Tree Warden and received permission to cut all trees marked with blue ribbon on roads marked for tree hearing with the exception of a couple that have a yellow ribbon on them Met with David Young to go over highway issues Tues. Sept. 17 Added 96 yards of hard pack to Old Winchester Rd. near power lines and by house # 585 Put rip rap in washouts on several roads in town including the Gulf area Wed. Sept. 18 Finished rip rapping in the Gulf area Began grading and rock raking Gale Rd. Continued cleaning under guardrails on Northfield Rd. Thurs. Sept. 19 Called Verizon about problem with phone line to fire alarm panel - repair made Graded and rock raked Beech Hill Rd. and portion of Gale Rd. Finished cleaning under guardrails on Northfield Rd. Fri. Sept. 20 Brian out sick Took flat tire from Grader to Pete's Tire for repair Brought truck # 4 to Randy's for inspection sticker Re-installed screens on culvert on Bass Rd. Continued cutting shoulders on Northfield Rd. Patched pothole on Wendell Rd. Cut dead tree that fell into roadway on Orange Rd.
