Mon. Sept. 9 
Added 48 yards of hard pack before house # 317 Beech Hill Rd.
Added 152 yards of hard pack to Gale Rd. between culvert # 2 and # 4 in
the area of ledges

Tues. Sept. 10 
Graded and rock raked Richmond Rd. and Smith Rd.
Cleaned off heavy sand on Northfield Rd. and Athol Rd. in preparation
for line painting
Fixed washout on Gale Rd.
Went to Porter's Diesel for part and installed it on truck # 3
Tim went to Tri-County Supt. meeting in afternoon

Wed. Sept. 11 
Re-graded and rock raked Richmond Rd. and Smith Rd. due to unexpected
rain yesterday
Began pulling road shoulders on Northfield Rd. west of White Rd.

Thurs. Sept. 12 
Tim on vacation day
Began cleaning under guardrails on Northfield Rd.

Fri. Sept. 13 
Checked all roads for storm damage
Continued cleaning under guardrails on Northfield Rd.
Swept Athol Rd. and Northfield Rd. for line painting
Met with MEMA, FRCOG and Jim Toth about possible future Hazard
Mitigation Grant application requirements
Met with Energy Committee to get some final measurements of highway
garage for bidding
