Mon. Aug. 20 
Put 160 yards of hard pack on Gale Rd. from house # 409 down to bridge area
Fixed washouts along edge of various roads and put additional hard pack
along edges of new pavement on Flower Hill Rd.
Met with Porter Trans. about road materials

Tues. Aug. 21
Finished putting hard pack along edge of new pavement on Flower Hill Rd.
Cleaned out ditch line and around culvert on Hastings Heights Rd.
Worked on cutting down shoulder across from # 200 Wendell Rd. for visibility

Wed. Aug. 22 
Swept Flower Hill Rd. to clean up dirt from backing up shoulders with hard pack
Swept edges on Winchester Rd., Orange Rd. and Athol Rd. in preparation
for line painting
Cut down broken tree on Northfield Rd. near Revere Hill Rd.
Began patching Northfield Rd. with HMA
Chipped up brush on sides of road from previous storm damage

Thurs. Aug. 23 
Continued patching Northfield Rd. with HMA
Swept areas sweeper missed to prep for line painting

Fri. Aug. 24 
Picked up new Ford F-550 truck with plow and frame in Marlboro and
dropped it off at Lyman Signs in Phillipston to be lettered
Finished digging out shoulder across from # 200 Wendell Rd.
Cleared edges of Winchester Rd. for line painting
Sharpened and serviced chain saws
Notified Fire Chief of paint cans and 5-gallon pails of unknown contents
located on Gale Rd.
Met with David Young on highway issues
Moved solar panel to Town Common for David Young
Met with Tree Warden to go over tree issues
Worked on cleaning out old truck # 4
