Mon. May 7 
New temporary hire, Larry Delaney, started today to fill in while
injured worker is out recovering
Moved new attendant shed in place at transfer station for BOH
Obtained permit for beaver trapping on Athol Rd., Bass Rd. and
Northfield Rd. where beavers are plugging culverts causing problems -
notified trapper
Removed fountain protector in village center and cleaned up wood chips
Began grading and rock raking Gale Rd.
Met homeowner on Northfield Rd. about drainage issues
Went to Annual Town Meeting at 7 P.M.

Tues. May 8 
Picked up piles of dirt, cleaned culverts and bleeders on Hastings Pond
Rd., Robbins Rd. and Old Winchester Rd.
Ordered new 1-ton dump truck that was voted at town meeting last night
Went to Orange for supplies
Met with David Young to go over highway issues

Wed. May 9 
Jim on vacation for the rest of the week
Installed turtle sign on Orange Rd.
Repaired asphalt door on truck # 2
Made wiring repair to lights on truck # 3

Thurs. May 10 
Worked on Backhoe to diagnose problem - ordered parts from Northwood Power
Champion Door in to repair garage door opener
Repaired sink hole on Wendell Rd. by Moss Brook
Cleaned up plow equipment and put away for the summer

Fri. May 11 
Brian on day off
Swept up sand along bridge on Wendell Rd. by Moss Brook
Went to Orange for supplies
