Mon. May 6 
Finished grading and rock raking Quarry Rd.
Investigated sinkhole by culvert # 33 on Orange Rd. - culvert must be
flushed to determine condition of culvert and needed repairs
Worked on ditch line on Robbins Rd. until truck # 3 broke down
Worked on repairing radiator leak on truck # 3 - ordered new radiator
Met with FEMA to hand in our FEMA paperwork relating to the Feb. 2013
Blizzard
Tim went to Annual Town meeting

Tues. May 7 
Jim on day off
Converted truck # 2 to dump truck
Finished cleaning ditch line on Robbins Rd.
Began cleaning ditch line on Old Winchester Rd. across from W. Rum Brook
Rd.

Wed. May 8 
Hired street sweeper in town to sweep roads until he broke down
Washed plows to get sand and salt off
Received call from Shelburne Control at 7 A.M. about tree partially
blocking road on Wendell Rd. below Moore's Pond - tree removed
Crushed dumpsters at transfer station
Participated in Yankee Atomic Power Plant drill at Fire Station
Went to W. Springfield to pick up radiator for truck # 3
Went to Select Board meeting at 3 P.M.

Thurs. May 9 
Brian on day off
Installed new radiator in truck # 3
Did research on potential new street sign for Select Board
Hired sweeper finished sweeping various roads
Tim supervised Ed Matthews Excavating with road crossing project on
Hastings Pond Rd.
Met with David Young on highway issues

Fri. May 10 
Tim and Brian on day off
Finished digging out ditch line on Old Winchester Rd. across from W. Rum
Brook Rd.
Began digging out ditch line on W. Rum Brook Rd.

Sat. May 11 
Received call from Shelburne Control at 5:30 P.M. about drainage issue
on Northfield Rd. - Tim responded and spoke with homeowner and told him
how he could resolve the problem
