Mon. Dec. 24 
Jim out sick
Crushed dumpsters at transfer station
Brought truck # 3 to Porter's Diesel for brake repair
Replaced relief valves on Backhoe jaw bucket and o-rings
Met with Chief Shoemaker and Jim Erviti and highway issues

Tues. Dec. 25 
Holiday
Called in personnel at 5 A.M. to sand all paved roads due to 1" of snow
- went home at 8 A.M.

Wed. Dec. 26 
Spot sanded dirt roads due to icy conditions
Prepped for winter storm
Stump marked trees on Beech Hill Rd.
Called in personnel at 9 P.M. to sand all paved roads due to snow storm
- continued into Thursday

Thurs. Dec. 27
Called in private contractors at midnight and plowed all roads -
re-plowed main roads at 7:45 A.M. - called private contractors back in
at noontime and re-plowed all roads and sanded paved roads - went home
at 4:30 P.M. - 6" of snow with a little sleet at the end
Spoke with Tree Warden about tree cutting issues

Fri. Dec. 28 
Called in private contractors and all personnel at 2 A.M. to plow and
sand all roads to clean up additional snow from yesterdays storm
Replaced pintle hook on truck # 1
Flipped cutting edge on plow # 4
Washed out sand trucks and prepped for tomorrows storm

Sat. Dec. 29 and Sun. Dec. 30
Called in personnel at 2:30 P.M. to sand all paved roads - plowed all
main roads at 7 P.M. - called in private contractors at 9:30 P.M. and
plowed all roads - began finish plowing and sanding of all roads at 3
A.M. - went home at 10:30 A.M. - 7" of snow
Received call from Shelburne Control at 11 P.M. requesting a sander at
the scene of a house fire on Wheeler Rd. - went home at 1:30 A.M.
