Checked roads for any problems
Met with David Young to go over highway issues - found out e-mail
service is down

Tues. Dec. 21 
Cut brush and dead trees on Beech Hill Rd.
E-mail system is still not working
Working on ice problem on Wendell Rd. trying to contact homeowner where
problem is originating

Wed. Dec. 22
E-mail system is still not working
Scraped ice off Wendell Rd. by Moore's Pond
Continued cutting brush and dead trees on Beech Hill Rd.
Received report of graffiti on street sign on Winchester Rd. - sign
checked and reported to Police Chief
All employees met with David Young on highway issue
Called in personnel to sand all paved roads at 6:45 P.M. due to 1/2" of
snow - went home at 10:15 P.M.

Thurs. Dec. 23 
Called in private contractors at 6 A.M. and plowed and sanded all roads

Fri. Dec. 24
Holiday

Sun. Dec. 26 
Called in personnel at 4 P.M. to sand all paved roads - called in
private contractors at 8 P.M. and plowed roads all night into Mon.
