Mon. Oct. 31 
Finished clearing dirt roads of snow
Cleared trees on Winchester Rd. and opened road per EMD Director
Cleared out the transfer station
Met with EMD Director coordinating road conditions multiple times during the day

Tues. Nov. 1 
Began chipping up brush and removing dangerous trees on Rt. 78
Power returned to Hwy. Garage at about 11 A.M. but still without phone service
EMD Director closed the EOC Center at the Fire Station at noontime
Went to Athol for parts

Wed. Nov. 2 
Checked out hole in road on Winchester Rd. south of Robbins Rd. - found
to be collapsing culvert - Conservation Commission notified and signed
off on Emergency NOI as did the Police Chief - culvert to be replaced
tomorrow
Picked up Police Chief in Orange after he dropped off Police cruiser for repairs
Cut pavement on Winchester Rd. for culvert replacement tomorrow
Went to Burlington, Vt. to get necessary culvert pipe for Winchester Rd.

Thurs. Nov. 3
Replaced culvert # 20 on Winchester Rd.

Fri. Nov. 4 
Bill out sick today
Finished culvert work on Winchester Rd.
Called Verizon and National Grid about trees on wires and phone outage
in town - still have no phone at highway garage
Washed trucks and Backhoe
Touched up chainsaws from all the cutting we have done
Received report of dip in gravel on Quarry Rd. - filled dip with gravel
