Spoke with EMD about plans for hurricane operations Received report of tree down on Royalston Rd. - tree removed Received report from Warwick Police at 3:30 P.M. of trees down on Northfield Rd. - called in personnel and removed trees - remained at highway garage until 5:45 P.M. monitoring storm damage Tues. Oct. 30 Drove all roads clearing tree debris and checking road conditions - made list of trees on wires for National Grid and called them in Communicated with Fire Chief, EMD Director and BOS Chair to keep them updated as to what was going on in relation to the storm Wed. Oct. 31 Drove all roads clearing any additional tree debris and notified National Grid of any trees still on power lines Updated Fire Chief. Nov. 1 Tim at class in Northampton Checked areas of trees on wires to confirm they were cleared or called National Grid of trees still on wires in town Added 64 yards of hard pack on Old Winchester Rd. above house # 585 Received report of dead tree hanging over road past house # 147 on Hastings Heights Rd. - tree removed Fri.
