Meeting of April 16, 2009
Eighteen people showed up without being reminded!

Conrad Crawford and Dwayne Ericson discussed, among other things,
mission statements and the current status of the DCR.

We all agreed that the next full meeting would be at 7 p.m. in the Town
Hall on Thursday, July 16.  In the meantime, a 5-member committee
(Garrett Barnes, Patricia Lemon, Sam Richardson, Bill Suzor, and Mary
Wall will get together at my house at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, to
come up with a name for the group and draft a mission statement and
organizational by-laws to frame the group structure.  We will bring
these before the remainder of the group for their response (and possible
adoption) at the July meeting.
