Coordinator Report

Accountant has Enterprise Fund revenue posted through 14 Sept. Larry has
been working on invoicing DOT for Chapter 90 work thru June 30, 2016 so
we won't have our free cash affected. If we have time we can review the
audit management letter.
	
Selectboard has been working on updating Warwick Personnel Policy and
probably have one more meeting to finalize. It will go to labor counsel
and then we should hold a hearing before voting adoption.

Broadband build is progressing. Working on what we think is a fiber
issue, or perhaps a buffering issue to get throughput we are paying for.
I think we are nearing decision time on MBI grant as I've been fielding
questions from DOR and MBI after submission of all requested documents.
Our ask is for a grant of $450k.

Board in capacity of licensing authority have a 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing
for on-premises wine and malt license application by Jim Kilroy at 5
Orange Rd. This was noticed with a legal ad in the Daily News on 9/15.
State approval is contingent upon applicant first getting local
approval.

Highway department continues to demo new backhoes. So far two models of
Deere. We will try CAT, New Holland, and another make. We are being
offered good trade-in value.
