Coordinator Report January 4, 2012 Housing Authority is working on an accounting of our program income. I sent them a letter of instruction not to commit our program income which they have taken to calling our Revolving Loan Fund without our approval because we were considering reprograming the funds to other worthy projects. We had $34k of funds from before 1992 (1987) which are unrestricted. That means the $10k we allocated to Internet customer premises equipment and the $15k we have in hand unallocated as far as use are free of constraint. And $9k which they have in hand is the same. They are working back to find out how much in addition is uncommitted. I will bring the storm survey returns to the meeting for your consideration. Following the special meeting regarding the older ton truck, Tim ordered the replacement motor $6799 from Fairfield in Keene. It comes with a six month warranty. It will be about a week in transit and then need to be installed. Fortunately the snow continues to hold off. I met another data request from DCR on the new contract for our use of the Mt Grace Tower. On the cell tower we are just waiting for a notice to proceed. The equipment for one tower is in and I submitted the quarterly report and invoice to DCR. MHQ sent us the invoice for the new police cruiser and we sent if back because there was about $5k worth of stuff on it that wasn't installed. Chief Shoemaker is working it out. We will get graphics and the radar unit locally. Chief bagged a speeder doing 58 mph through the center of town confirming my observations. I really don't spend a lot of time looking out the window but I see some frightful things. Fire chief Gates was the speaker at a recent Women's Guild meeting. The email thread about the lease originated from J. Toth and was months old. We could just ignore the lease for now. We have a joint tree / scenic road hearing scheduled for the 18th of Jan. Rosa has been asked to take the minutes. No resolution regarding the bridge on Tully Brook though counsel agrees that posting it to "pass at your own risk" is a good solution. We may need to cross indemnify. ZBA ordered on trailer removed conditioned on highway boss certifying the bridge as suitable.
