Coordinator report October 8, 2015 The Selectboard meeting is on Tuesday following Columbus Day observed. We sadly note the passing of Gabriella Walbeehm, the teenage daughter of Denise Dar. This will be a short report as I have been out of the office dealing with a kidney stone and its anticipated passing and came in only to post the meeting and put together the package. Thank you to my coworkers and friends for the help I've been getting. Broadband committee requests the appointment of Brad Compton and Andrea Woods to the Broadband Committee for terms concurrent with the other members. This will require granting Chapter 268 Section 20D ethics exemptions to Brad Compton (Planning Board); Andrea Woods (Election worker) so they may hold two positions in Town of Warwick. Fire Department requests that some hose fittings recently purchased in error be declared surplus property. I want to offer a reminder that the Northfield Rd Shade Tree and Scenic Road Hearing is next week on Wed at 5 pm. This hearing does not consider hazard trees. I will voice record the meeting and Rosa will create minutes. Broadband Internet. We are working on the LTE test, somewhat delayed by health problem, the possibility of broadcast TV streaming via Warwick Broadband and on developing the "right questions" for MBI's meeting with the Selectboard in two weeks.
