The Warwick Con Com will hold its annual vernal pool day on Saturday,
April 2. We will meet at 9 am at the Warwick Town Hall, go over some
basics of vernal pool critters and the certification process. We will
look at a pool in the center of town and hopefully be able to certify
it. 
Those that are interested are then invited to join us for the day
hunting for additional vernal pools in the Northwest corner of town,
east of the power line. I will bring some nets and containers. Children
are welcome with a responsible adult. If going for the longer day,
please bring your lunch and boots for wading in water. A couple Con Com
members have been scouting this area and we will hopefully be able to
certify some pools in this part of town.
