New Class offered at Town Hall On Wednesdays 6-7:00 p.m. Come join us for a weekly circuit training exercise class. This is a self- paced circuit targeting all muscle groups with resistance training and light aerobics. Appropriate for most fitness levels, work at your own pace. Peer assistance provided. Wear comfortable exercise clothing,and bring indoor only sneakers to change into, so that we can care for the town hall floors. Also bring a hand towel, and water. This class is free.
