May 27, 2010 Meeting Minutes
Town Hall

Meeting was called to order at 2:00 PM by chair Jim Toth.
Present were Jim Toth, Jeff Joyce, Ed Hawes.
Reorganization: Commission voted unanimously to have Jeff Joyce as Chair
and for Jim to be clerk and keeper of the records and to recommend to
the Selectboard that Jeff Joyce be appointed as Burial Agent. Jeff
Joyce's phone number is 544-6685.
Burials: Marion Dorothy (LaFluer) Whipple cremation burial services held
graveside 5/22/2010 at 11 AM with interment postponed to 5:45 PM on
5/23/2010 due to cremains not being delivered. $100 received for marking
and digging. Assignments: request from Bob Hubbard Sr for northerly
gravesite in Sec 7 Lot 120. Jim to check with Jack Cadwell if family has
intentions for that site.
Bills:
$500 digging fees with $250 to Don Matthews for Procopio burial on
5/15/2010 and $250 to Toth for marking Procopio, Freeman/Turner, and
Whipple burials and digging the Freeman/Turner, and Whipple cremation
burials. Moved to pay by Jeff, seconded by Ed, carried unanimously
$160.65 invoice from Gary's Power Equipment for mower parts and
supplies. Moved to pay by Jim, seconded by Ed, carried unanimously
$10.04 invoice from National Grid for power used thru 4/26. Moved to pay
by Jim, seconded by Jeff, carried unanimously
$7.00 invoice from Gary's Power Equipment for spark plugs for second
mower. Moved to pay by Jim, seconded by Jeff, carried unanimously
$58.55 invoice from J&G Service for mower gas. $160.65 invoice from
Gary's Power Equipment for mower parts and supplies. Moved to pay by
Jim, seconded by Jeff, carried unanimously
Operations: 
George Roaf reports that first mowing cycle is complete and that we
should be all set for Memorial Day
Jeff will set up maintenance records for equipment
Records were reviewed
Next meeting set for 2 PM on 6/9 at town hall
