The committee's two volunteer installers continue to work their way up a
steep learning curve. More parts of town will have coverage when
electrical work and inspections are completed on the second tower site,
at the Gale property on 78.

We understand that many people are impatient with the delay in getting
service.  Committee members are, too. But we believe the best course is
to wait for the trees to be in full leaf. Our investment as individuals
in subscriber equipment will not be trivial, and if it should happen
that an early installation loses its signal because of leaf density, the
town cannot buy back the equipment. So we wait, to protect ourselves and
each other.
