WEATHERIZATION PUNCH LIST FOR TOWN BUILDINGS  (Warwick's to-do list):

Police Station:

Caulk gap at ceiling trim - chk. with IR camera and fan running
*Install RH/Temp meter to see if fan timer is needed.
*New winserts
Patch exterior door bottoms 
	Fix insulation underneath, esp under shower
Investigate existing HRV - where is outlet and inlet?

Highway Truck Garage:

Open up gable 4' x 4' vent in plywood attic wall - use bird-proof screen
Install strapping on ceiling panels

Highway Equipment Garage:

Move oil tank - extend filler/vent pipes in prep for insulation
	Install interior insulation

Library:

New section:
*Order new clapboards and install. 
Prime & stain putty holes in clapboards(in spring)
Old Section:
*Secure metal cover onto chimney hole and ridge hole in attic - animal
entry
Put hardware cloth on chimney top   (chimney to be rebuilt in future)
Fabricate insulated inner bulkhead door
Stay alert for water leaks & wet sheathing/insulation behind drop-box
	Install French Doors
	Lay down gravel pathways in basement and return stuff from outside
	Bottom trim board rotted
Finish weatherstrip on attic door
Secure winserts in transoms with flip-tabs
	
Town Hall:

	*Program thermostats and correct printed schedules
	*Air seal main hall ceiling
New winserts for main hall
Clean wood chips out of AC compressor 
Bury East perimeter drain pipe - holes down?
*Dig out drain channel in basement floor at elec. panels
Patch exterior bulkhead door so rain does not enter stairwell
	Sand & paint holes in back-stage walls
	*Sand & paint hole on kitchen entry ceiling
Remove part of front door jamb and install weatherstrip
Install door knob assy. on backstage door (west)
Note - top of both backstage doors do not meet jamb.
Signs - reminders to turn off lights, bathroom fans, etc.
