Weatherization in all town buildings - David is negotiating with
Guardian Energy for Energia to start projects. Stuff must be cleaned up
in TH basement and Library attic.
Heat pump for Police Station - Tech school to install. JK requesting
schedule from Tech School
Put out the 4 street signs - Larry has signs
 
Wireless T-stats in Town Hall only - David will have tech school install

Security light change-outs at Highway - JK talking to Larry, maybe Tech
School will do this - not under GC.
Town Hall hot water - Dan?
 
Town Hall windows - Jack? -weather-strip missing from new windows
Highway Equipment Garage wall insulation status - panels have arrived.
Larry to build shed first - how can we help move the job fwd?
