        tackle some low hanging fruit now? - phantom loads, chimney
        stack clearance, etc.
        Janice - will have some payback scenarios
        get this on the School Committee's radar
	
Town Hall -
	 Dan - are we all set with the hot water situation?
	 Jack - report on storms
         basement - moisture issues
        
New Safety Building -
      get a dialog started...who?
