Update on highway dept. lighting upgrades: Tim opened his first bill
since Brian Peters finished the upgrades and thought there was a mistake
- it is half of what it usually is. YAY!

Main Topic for the evening:

Bring building maintenance & improvement issues before the town at town
meeting to "build support for a long term green vision of caring for our
buildings" (Jack's words).

How about we make an easy to read list of the budget estimates & needs
we have found so far?

Jim - revisit DOER's response re: Warwick energy audits, can we do
anything about PVSchool District? Any news from Bill Gran at FRCOG?
