Report on sump pump: it measured 20.87 kwhrs over 29.42 hours - that's
.709 kw per hr if it runs continuously (and it does when installed at
the current height this time of year), or 17.016 kwhr per day, or 510
kwhr per month, or 510 lbs. CO2, = about $82.00 per month, not counting
Charlie's labor to keep an eye on it.

Update on highway dept. lighting upgrades: Brian Peters has completed
the work, except for one defective ballast - Prizm will send. The
highway crew is de'lighted' with the lights in the old garage. The
occupancy sensors the new garage will take some getting used to once
they adjust themselves, or if unsatisfactory, the lights can be used
manually. N.B. Tim said that during the installation they were able to
verify that the new garage has avg. 6" blown-in cellulose insulation in
the ceiling, with a couple bare spots.

Jim - any news from DOER re: Warwick energy audits, or PVSchool District?

Jack - any budget estimates for labor to install storms?

Dan - any feedback on brick work, painting, or roof repairs for town hall?

Janice - any news on window treatments? Status of "Clean Energy Choice"
