TOWN HALL Hot Water - The sink fixtures are being changed out in the bathrooms to allow more flow thereby activating the new on demand heater and better performance. The 30 gallon tank is reported to not be adequate for the kitchen. Steve and Dan will look at this problem soon. We recommend that the hot water pipes be insulated to help with this problem. Basement insulation - The electricians that drilled through one of the foam blocks in the basement band joists reported that there is moisture behind the block. A bore scope would allow us to look in behind the blocks. Jim will make arrangements to borrow a scope. Storm Window replacement - Jack will schedule for spring Window restoration - needs to be revisited in the near future - can start anytime. WARWICK COMMUNITY SCHOOL Air Sealing - Nate the janitor said that Bill Lyman closed up some of the holes in the ceiling and the equipment corridor upstairs. We talked about how we could find some of the other areas that need to be sealed. Les will ask David to have Bill Lyman look a little closer for air leaks in the thermal envelope, based on his memory of the sprinkler work. Nate might know where there are other area of bypass that need attention. Dan said he could give Bill a hand on this. Jack will go to the school and take pictures of the icicles. IKO shingles is not going to warranty the roof shingles at the school. If the report that will be prepared by Keith Abbott is in an easily readable format we could put it in the town newsletter. There was some discussion about long term plans if the enrollment continues to go down. Data Loggers - The temperature logging information at the school has been gathered a report generated and passed around to the committee members. WARWICK CENTER SCHOOL The electric account shows that there is about $1,000 worth of electricity still being used each year, mostly in the winter.
